Our 2020 Resolutions

06 January 2020

At SuperCamps, we're always looking for new ways to improve; ways to enrich and educate young people, ways to make parents lives increasingly easier and for our camps to continue to be places that children love and parents trust. That's why for 2020, we've taken on board your comments and reviews from the last year, in order to set out our resolutions for the new year.

Bring children exceptional courses and unique experiences..

You’ve told us that the variation of activities on camp is important to you, that you value experiential learning for your child. From brand new content on our LEGO® Play course to a new set of skills and techniques to be learnt on our popular Chelsea FC Football camp, for 2020 we’re here to bring children new adventures and important skills through revamped timetables, weekly themes and exciting new highlight activities- sign up to our newsletter so you can keep up to date with what’s going on!

Continue to put safety first…

Whether it’s praise for the organization and responsibility of our camp managers or comments regarding the care, friendliness and warmth of our activity instructors, we’re always receiving fantastic feedback for our staff.

In order to continue this commitment to care, for 2020 we’re set to retrain all staff in line with the most up to date policies and procedures regarding child welfare, so you can bring your child to camp in the knowledge that they’re under the supervision of qualified, responsible and professional staff. The safeguarding and protection of all children remains our primary concern.

More incentives for busy parents…

As a busy parent, we recognize the need for an easy and stress-free booking and registration process. That’s why we’ve recently made the way parents search and book courses through our website an intelligent, straightforward and user-friendly experience. Allowing parents to filter by activities, location, age range and season, you can find a camp tailored to you and your child’s needs. For 2020, we’ll also be reviewing our on-camp registration process to ensure drop-off and pick-up operates in line with your priorities as a parent.

Go above and beyond to meet OFSTED criteria...

With a new OFSTED grading system and set of criteria having recently come into effect, we’re determined to ensure each of our camps not only meet OFSTED’s framework of resilience and well-being but excels above and beyond it.

This means we’ll be refocusing on providing children with opportunities to explore new ideas and create new experiences, to discuss their thoughts and feelings, as well as build important relationships. More than ever, we want to motivate active lifestyles and healthy minds, teach children about the world around them and inspire them to dream big.

2019 already ended on a positive note with our first ever OFSTED inspection under the new syllabus achieving the best result possible (MET!) and we firmly intend to continue this success into 2020.

Your feedback really is valuable to us. To ensure we can continue to meet your expectations as a parent, remember to leave your review on our trusted review site, Feefo.
