Camp Manager

Paramount to the success of Super Camps, the role of the Camp Manager is to manage processes to ensure the smooth running of a Super Camps venue and all of its programmes.

Duties include managing staff to ensure they adhere to procedures, whilst ensuring the children continually have a fun, stimulating, and safe time.

A Camp Manager will need to liaise with parents with regard to their children's needs whilst effectively dealing with the often unpredictable challenges within the childcare industry.

We are looking for confident leaders with a wealth of experience in the childcare industry, whether it be teaching, coaching, or similar camp environments.

Salary: Starting from £90 per day, dependant upon qualifications and experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break

Senior Activity Instructor

The Senior Activity Instructor will support the Camp Manager in the smooth running of a Super Camps venue whilst also leading various multi activity sessions. 

They will be an important point of contact for parents and will act as a mentor to other staff members.

Key duties will include helping to ensure the staff adhere to procedures to ensure the children continually have a positive experience, whilst also delivering activities with enthusiasm.

We are looking for experienced childcare professionals with a background in teaching, sports coaching, or similar camp environments

Salary: £290 - £390 per week depending on qualifications and experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break

Early Years Practitioner 

The Early Years Practitioner will deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage on camp.

Reporting to the Camp Manager you will be the primary contact the younger children and their parents during their time at Super Camps.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Super Camps Early Years programme whilst ensuring all Ofsted requirements are met.

We are looking for experienced Early Years staff, with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare and a wealth of experience with the EYFS.

Salary: £290 - £425 per week dependent on qualifications and experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break

Early Years Instructor

Working with the Early Years Practitioner and reporting to your Camp Manager, an Early Years Instructor will be a point of contact for the under 8s on camp.

Primarily working with the 4 - 6 year olds on camp, you will be required to adapt your skills to working with children of a variety of backgrounds and abilities whilst catering for their individual needs.

We are looking for enthusiastic instructors who are ideally qualified or working towards relevant teaching or Early Years qualifications who have experience of working in the childcare industry, specifically with children aged between 3 and 5 years.

Salary: £282.15 - £383.30 per week dependent on qualifications and experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break

Activity Instructors

Reporting to your Camp Manager, an Activity Instructor will be assigned to lead a group of children through a range of different arts and sports activities.

You will be required to adapt your skills to working with children of a variety of ages, backgrounds, and abilities whilst catering for their individual needs.

We are looking for enthusiastic instuctors who are ideally qualified or working towards relevant coaching or teaching qualifications who have experience of working in the childcare industry.

Salary: £282.15 - £383.30 per week dependent on qualifications and experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break

Specialist Instructor - Lifeguard

Reporting to the Camp Manager, the Specialist Instructor (Lifeguard) will have specific experience and qualifications as a Lifeguard.

With a valid NPLQ lifeguarding qualification you will be responsible for maintaining safety in and around the pool.

Whilst not on poolside the Specialist Instructor (Lifeguard) will be required to lead a group of children through a range of different arts and sports activities whilst adapting their skills to working with children of a variety of ages, backgrounds and abilities, whilst catering for their individual needs.

We are looking for enthusiastic instructors who possess an existing and valid NPLQ Lifeguarding qualification. Ideal candidates will also be qualified or working towards relevant coaching or teaching qualifications.

Salary: £310 - £390 per week dependent on qualifications and experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm. With a half hour unpaid lunch break. We also employ Lifeguards purely for lifeguarding shifts.

A Passion For Cookery Leader 

Our A Passion For Cookery leaders will guide budding kitchen enthusiasts through a week long cookery course. 

Reporting to the Camp Manager you will be responsible for leading the workshop. You will be required to adapt your skills to working with children of a variety of ages, backgrounds, and abilities whilst catering for their individual needs.

We are looking for enthusiastic leaders with experience in the childcare industry and a passion for cookery.

Salary: £290 - 450 per week depending on qualifications and experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break

A Passion For LEGO® Play Leader 

Our A Passion For LEGO® Play leaders will guide budding LEGO® enthusiasts through a week long course. 

Reporting to the Camp Manager you will be responsible for leading the workshop. You will be required to adapt your skills to working with children of a variety of ages, backgrounds, and abilities whilst catering for their individual needs.

We are looking for enthusiastic leaders with a love of LEGO®.

Salary: £290 - 450 per week depending on qualifications and experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break

RAW Outdoor Adventure Manager

Reporting to the Camp Manager, the role of the RAW Outdoor Adventure Manager to ensure the smooth running of the RAW Outdoor Adventure programme.

You will be responsible for up to 24 children who are looking to you to pass on your bushcraft skills, whilst also supporting and managing a small team of RAW Outdoor Adventure Leaders.

RAW Outdoor Adventure Managers will be required to adapt their skills to working with children of a variety of ages, backgrounds, and abilities whilst catering for their individual needs, always ensuring that our young explorers get the most out of the RAW Outdoor Adventure learning experience!

Salary: £290 - £500 per week depending on experience and qualifications

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break
