Summer summary – some of our favourite moments from camp

08 September 2023

Looking back at our summer camp, we are absolutely thrilled to relive the amazing experiences we had and share some of our favourite moments.

One of the highlights was the addition of a climbing wall at two of our SuperCamps venues in Knightsbridge and Godalming. Our oldest campers were able to take on the ultimate vertical challenge and reach new heights!

Our Rise Cookery courses also had a delicious treat in store for the children. Pizza Friday was a hit, as the campers ended the week by making their very own mouthwatering pizzas from scratch.

The inflatable obstacle course made a comeback, providing endless bouncing and sliding fun for the kids. As well as this we had our zorbs and laser tag festival activities around the camps over the summer for even more fun!

During our SUPER Fiesta theme week at Northbridge House Senior School, the children took their creativity to a whole new level. They decided to create their own theme park, showcasing their problem-solving, team-building, and imaginative skills.

The popular Bushcraft course made a return this year. Despite the weather, the children at The Royal Masonic bravely took part in activities such as fire lighting, den building, and various team challenges. These activities not only taught them the fundamentals of survival, but also helped them build resilience and confidence.

In our underwater adventure theme week, the children had a blast creating Lego ducks, paper roll squids, shark headbands, and an underwater art mural.

Oxford High School camp had a special surprise when the Army Red Devils paid a visit. The campers were in awe as they witnessed exciting parachute jumps and impressive formations. They even had the chance to meet the skilled parachutists after their descent, making it an unforgettable experience.

We can't wait to see what October half-term has in store for us, where we’ll be celebrating our Marvelous Mysterious Magic. Until then, we'll cherish the memories made and the skills gained at our incredible camps.
