Whether you are a Camp Manager, a Multi Activity Instructor, an A Passion For... Leader or a working on RAW Adventure, we will need to give you the tools you need give the children on camp an unforgettable experience! Following our 3 part training programme staff will feel fully prepared for camp.

Our training programme involves both face to face and online workshops. Our Head Office team are on hand should you have any questions throughout the 3 part process:

Our training programme consists of:

  1. Online Training

  2. Central Training & Assessment Day

  3. Camp Induction Day

Staff must ensure they complete all 3 parts of the training programme prior to starting work on camp. Please log in to online training with the details provided in your contract.
