RAW Adventure Job Roles

Our outdoor adventure courses are a great platform for you to share your knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for the outdoors with budding adventurers.

RAW Adventure offers exciting, week long explorer programmes for 7 to 14 year olds focusing on outdoor survival and bushcraft skills.

Running at a large number of our venues during the Easter and Summer seasons there are plenty of opportunities available!

Roles on offer include:

 

RAW Manager 

RAW Instructor

 

 

RAW Manager

Reporting to the Camp Manager, the role of the RAW Manager to ensure the smooth running of the RAW Adventure programme.

You will be responsible for up to 24 children who are looking to you to pass on your bushcraft skills, whilst also supporting and managing a small team of RAW Leaders.

RAW Managers will be required to adapt their skills to working with children of a variety of ages, backgrounds, and abilities whilst catering for their individual needs, always ensuring that our young explorers get the most out of the RAW Adventure learning experience!

Salary: £290 - £500 per week depending on experience and qualifications
Here at Super Camps we pay staff on a weekly basis!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break

Dates: Work availalbe throughout the Easter and Summer Holidays

RAW Instructor

Reporting to the Camp Manager and RAW Manager, the role of the RAW Instructor is to ensure the smooth delivery of the RAW Adventure programme.

You will be responsible for a group of children who are looking to you to pass on your bushcraft skills. RAW Instructors will be required to adapt their skills to working with children of a variety of ages, backgrounds, and abilities whilst catering for their individual needs, always ensuring that our young explorers get the most out of the RAW Adventure learning experience!

Salary: £282.15 - £383.30 per week depending on experience and qualifications

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break
