SuperCamps COVID-19 Upcoming Camps Update

Unfortunately we have taken the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming summer camps. Our team will be reaching out directly to all those with existing summer bookings to provide full refunds.

Following consultation with parents, many of whom are understandably concerned about their children attending summer camps this year, and careful consideration of the government’s latest guidance we felt this was the only way ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff in our care without compromising the quality of our programs.

We understand that for some parents, our camps represent a much-needed childcare solution during the school holidays. However, despite our thorough consideration of the social distancing measures advised by the government, SuperCamps cannot give our parents, or our staff the total assurance required that these could be maintained at all times whilst providing students with an enjoyable experience.

Furthermore, we acknowledge that however challenging this decision is, we are taking it at the earliest possible point out of consideration for you, our valued parents. This is to ensure we give as much clarity as possible and the greatest time for you to make alternative arrangements for the upcoming summer holidays.

We are enormously disappointed that we are not able to deliver our summer camps this year but know that this is the right decision made in the best interests of your children and staff safety. Despite this disappointment we look forward to bringing students together in the pursuit of fun, engaging and enriching holiday camps and experiences in the future.

Yours faithfully,

Ben Reynolds
