Recruitment Policy
Super Camps is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. Therefore, Super Camps follows the guidance on Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education for the selection and recruitment of all staff.
Recruitment and Selection Process
Staff employed to work at every Super Camps venue will need to complete our online application form
If successful they will be required to:

Complete a telephone or face to face interview

Read our staff handbook
-
Attend our in house training and complete our online test

Supply us with 2 referees

Complete an Enhanced CRB Disclosure
Early Years Managers will need to be cleared through Ofsted completing; an EY2 form, a Health Declaration form, an Ofsted Enhanced CRB and a Suitable Persons Interview. During their employment with Super Camps every staff member will be required to continually follow Super Camps policies and procedures to ensure welfare of children in their care takes priority.
