RAW Adventure Manager
The role of the RAW Adventure Manager is to manage all staff, resources and processes to ensure the smooth running of the RAW Adventure Programme. This role is paramount to the success of the camps. You will be in charge of a maximum of 50 children, and will also be expected to lead from the front with your own group of up to 13 children, facilitating a variety of different outdoor activities, including team building, pioneering, survival techniques and adventure games.
