Can I apply for more than one job?
The answer is yes! Many of our roles require similar skills and the requirements cross over. Our HR team are also very good at recognising when an applicant may also be suited to another role so if you only apply once you may still be considered for other roles.
Can I only apply for one location?

Your pay will vary depending on the position you have been appointed to do see What’s on Offer? for full list of roles and pay rates
I can’t work for a whole season, should I still apply?
Yes! Super Camps Multi-Activity are able to offer part season contracts (including part time weeks) due to the variation in booking levels from week to week. A minimum of 2 weeks work is required for part-season contracts during the summer and a minimum of 2 days per week is required for part time work.
I currently live overseas - can I still apply?
We accept applications from overseas candidates, however we suggest applying once you are in the UK. If you are not a UK resident you must ensure you have the correct work permit/visa and have a UK address in order for us to be able to perform a background check on you for the time you have spent in the UK. We also need a copy of a police check from you previous country of residence.
You will be required to attend a Central Training/Selection day in the UK. Please note, Super Camps run day camps (not residential), therefore all staff are expected to provide their own accommodation.
What are the chances of me being offered work if I am a reserve?
Over the past couple of years 90% of our reserve staff that attended central training were offered work. Super Camps will always prioritise reserves who are trained over those who are not! The more flexible you are (with dates, venues and late availability) the greater the chances of being offered work.
Will Super Camps provide accommodation?
As Super Camps run day camps (not residential) all staff are expected to have their own accommodation and be able to travel daily to their Super Camps venue.
Will I be required to undertake any background checks?
All appointed staff will be required to undertake a Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure (CRB) which will be facilitated by Super Camps free of charge. If you do have a record, you will need to declare this on your application form. Super Camps will then use their discretion in terms of the relevance of your act in relation to working within a childcare setting. On occasions the CRB disclosures do not get back to us before a contract begins, it is advantageous if you already have a CRB disclosure from a previous employer.
What happens if I’m sick and can’t attend work?
If you are sick and unable to attend camp, you must notify the HR department at your earliest convenience via the duty mobile number provided (ideally between the hours of 6.30am – 7.30am and 6pm - 8.30pm), if there is no reply please ensure you send a text or leave a voicemail. We then ask that you update HR that evening with the expected length of your absence.
I'd like to work part weeks for RAW Adventure - is this possible?
No. Unfortunately due to the week-long nature of the programme, we need to employ our RAW staff for at least one week.
I don't have any outdoor qualifications, but I love the outdoors and am keen to work with children - can I still apply?
Yes. Whilst we need to make sure we have staff with range of outdoor skills and experience on each camp, we encourage applications from enthusiastic indivduals who we believe will create a positive experience for the children on our RAW camps.
I want to work for RAW Adventure, but notice the camps change location each week - will I need use of a car?
Not necessarily. As long as you can get to each of the camps for the times specified above, use of a car is not a necessity.
I want to work for RAW Adventure, but want don't live in the area. Are there any residential options?
Whilst we don't provide accommodation for any of the camps (we hire the schools during the day time only), many staff choose to camp at camp or caravan sites close to each venue for the week.
