Roaming Activity Instructor

The Roaming Activity Instructor will be assigned to a variety of sites within a specific region. This role will require flexibility as the daily destination may not be known until the day! The Roaming Activity Instructor will also be assigned to a variety of different sports and art activities. They will also act as a Crew Leader and be responsible for registering Crews during the whole week.

Selection and Appointment process:

If your application form is short listed you will be contacted by our HR team who will speak to you further about your experiences. If selected you will be required to complete an on-line test based on our online training programme; following this you will be required to attend:


If you perform well on this day you will have your appointment confirmed and will be required to attend:


Pay: £236.80 per week for 18 to 21 year olds rising to £284.40 per week for 22 year olds and over (+ travel allowance)

Camp Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday - Friday (Please allow up to an additional hour each end of the day for travelling)

Temporary Contract (School holidays – part seasons considered)



Additionally…..

All sites require a Paediatric First Aid trained person. This individual will be appointed to take on this responsibility on top of one of our Instructor roles (an additional £5 per day will be paid if you take on this responsibility). If you are qualified please express this on your application form and verify the expiry date

If you do not have a relevant First Aid qualification but would like to gain one, Super Camps run a number of 2 day Paediatric First Aid Training courses so please express your interest. (Super Camps will subsidise a majority of this, but you will not be paid the extra £5 per day whilst working for us)
