Additional Responsibilities

Our aim is to utilise our staff for their strengths and experiences for the majority of time they are working on camp. There may be occasions when we ask staff to assist in other areas to which they may not have been directly appointed. On these rare occasions we require flexibility and co-operation at all times.

Additional bonuses are offered for Academies. If you have the relevant experience and qualifications to run an Academy in any of the following - Football, Tennis, Swimming, Trampolining, Art and Drama - you will receive an additional £25 per week for doing so. This additional payment does not apply if you are a Site Manager / Senior Activity Instructor / Specialist Instructor.

A further qualified position required on camp is the Paediatric First Aider. This person will be appointed as the on-site First Aider, along with one of the above positions, for the duration of their employment. You will receive an additional £25 per week for taking on this responsibility (unless you have been trained by Super Camps, as we will contribute to the costs of this course if you are selected for it). This additional payment does not apply if you are a Site Manager/Senior Activity Instructor/Specialist Instructor.
