Staff Profiles

Our staff put the ‘Super’ into Super Camps! We know that our employees are our most valuable asset and the key to running a successful camp. With this in mind we make every effort to ensure we choose the perfect people to become part of the growing Super Camps team.

How do we achieve this?

  • We ensure our staff team have a wide range of experience, enthusiasm and energy – a large majority of our staff are studying towards a career in childcare, education, coaching, leisure or entertainment.

  • We carry out full in-house training ensuring all our staff meet Ofsted regulations.

  • We continually support the seasonal staff through our permanent staff team ensuring they enjoy working for us.

  • We make sure our team undergo Criminal Records Bureau checks in accordance with Ofsted regulations.

Our Site Manager – usually a teacher - takes overall charge of the site, overseeing a team of instructors with varying key skills. This way we make sure that we have the perfect balance on camp - early years specialists, lifeguards, sports coaches, first aiders and creative & performing arts specialists.
