Debit Card Payments / Credit Card Payments

Telephone bookings made with a credit card will incur a 2.5% charge. There is no charge for a credit card when booking online. There are no additional charges for using a debit card. Please note we do not accept American Express.

We accept all types of childcare voucher. Learn more >

Cheque

Please write your booking reference number on the reverse of the cheque. Your cheque must arrive in time to clear into our account by the discount deadline or before your children are due for their first day on camp. Please allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear.

Loyalty Point Redemption

Every time you book you are rewarded Loyalty Points. These can then be redeemed against future bookings, terms and conditions apply. Learn more >   

Credit

If you have accumulated credit from a past booking you will be required to call our Customer Service Team to book and use this form of payment.

Free Day / Week Vouchers

Vouchers issued in 2011 can be redeemed online or by phone.

More than one type of payment can be used for the same booking.

Discounts

Bookings made before Thursday 1st March 2012 must be paid in full at the time of booking to qualify for the Early Booking Rate.

A deposit can be paid during other discount periods however payment of the full balance is required by:

• 27th January - for February half-term camps
• 16th March - for Easter camps and
• 22nd June for Summer camps 

If a payment deadline for a special offer or discount is missed, the cost of the booking will go up to the next price bracket.

After these dates, full payment is required at the time of booking for the relevant holiday season.
