• The staff we employ to coach, teach and care for your children are carefully selected from thousands of applicants based on experience, qualifications, character and attitude
• Over 50% of the staff are fully or nearly qualified teachers with relevant coaching and teaching backgrounds
• Other staff will be skilled and experienced in the areas we require them to teach or coach
• All staff are over the age of 18
• All staff are CRB cleared and reference checked following our Recruitment Policy
• Staff are interviewed and trained to ensure they meet our high standards

Our Teams...

Every camp, course and workshop has the perfect balance of staff. This is required to meet the needs of the programme and the age ranges of the children attending.

Site Managers – your main point of contact at all venues!

Qualified teachers or managers with relevant experience, who co-ordinate and oversee the day to day running of each venue. They ensure activities are always fun, exciting and safe. The Site Manager will be contactable throughout the day if you need to change your pick up plans or check your child has settled in okay. The number will be available when you sign in.

Multi-Activity Camp Instructors

Sporty and creative individuals with teaching and childcare experience, who will lead a variety of activities ensuring your children have fun and are safe. Staff teams will consist of:

• A qualified Early Years professional for the 4 and 5 year olds
• Specialist qualified Lifeguards (NPLQ/NaRS qualified) and Trampoline (BG qualified) Instructors at specifc venues
• Skilled and experienced Sports and Activity Instructors to deliver the great variety on offer 

RAW Adventure Camp Leaders

Individuals with skills, knowledge, qualifications and experience in outdoor adventure. Experienced within scouting and guiding, Duke of Edinburgh schemes, hiking and climbing, camping and watersports with qualifications including; ML (Summer), SPA, BCU Level 1/2 Paddle Sport Coach.  Staff teams will consist of:

• A RAW Manager to lead the delivery of the programme whilst ensuring every day is fun, exciting and safe 
• Skilled and experienced RAW Leaders to deliver the programme

Mad About Sports Coaches

Qualified and experienced sports coaches consisting of PE teachers and sports undergraduates/graduates with various qualifications including; FA Football Coaching, ASA Swimming, LTA, Tennis, Performance and Senior Coaching Hockey and Netball and Multi Coach. Staff teams will consist of:

• A qualified and experienced Senior Coach to co-ordinate each course and take a lead in the coaching 
• Skilled and experienced Assistant Coaches to deliver the coaching 

A Passion For... Workshop Leaders

Experienced teachers, graduates and undergraduates in Drama, Dance and Performing Arts, Art and Design, Science and Design and Technology, IT and Web Design, Food Technology and Music. Staff teams will consist of:

• A Workshop Leader to co-ordinate the programme and lead the workshops
•  Support Staff to assist the Leaders in delievering the workshops when required
