• You are free to attend a training day relevant to you

You have the following information on you:

• Your national insurance number
• Up to date contact details
• Details for 2 referees
• Qualification expiry date/s (if applicable)
• Your CRB disclosure number and date (if you have one)
• Details of previous work experiences
• Details of relevant qualifications
