We are happy to register with new voucher companies - please just let us know their details and we will organise the registration.
We regret that at present Childcare Voucher bookings cannot be made online. Please call a member of Customer Services on 01235 832222 to place a booking or alternatively please fill out a postal booking form and send it in to us. Both methods are acceptable for electronic and paper vouchers.
Please note that if you are booking after the 10th October for October half term or 28th November for Christmas, payment will need to be made upfront by card to secure the booking (if using a credit card this will incur a 2.5% transaction fee over the phone and by post, to avoid this please book online or use a debit card which incurs no transaction fee). Once childcare vouchers are then sent through and received we will contact you in order to obtain details to refund the amount you paid by card.
