Temporary Customer Services Team Members

Reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager

Responsibilities of the role include:-



  • Take bookings using in house database
  • Assist parents by phone, email and letter with product and bookings advice encouraging sales of existing and new products for 2010
  • Assist parents with positive and negative feedback, escalating matters to the Customer Services Manager where necessary
  • Carry out directly, or be able to contribute when necessary to, the following functions :-
  • Opening and distribution of post
  • Process payments on line
  • Process incoming bookings – postal and Internet
  • Post despatch
  • Despatching brochure enquiries
  • Filing
  • Responding to answer phone messages
  • Copying and collating paperwork for camp.

    Requirements:-



    You will need excellent communication and organisational skills and be competent in the use of word and excel. Ideally you will have had an adequate amount of previous Customer Services experience in a fast paced environment.

  • Location: Milton Park
  • Hours: Temporary/Full time: 9am – 5pm outside of camp time / 8am – 6pm during camp time
  • Pay: £6.50 - £7.50 per hour depending on experience

    Start date either:- 1st Feb 2010 or 16th Feb 2010 until 16th April 2010
