Get Involved! That's the attitude of every member of our Head Office staff. We work hard to ensure every part of the business is tailored to suit your parenting needs. Each of us is an important part of the team and we pride ourselves on the achievements of the company. It means a lot to us that our camps meet your, and our, high standards.
Ruth Bachelor | Finance Manager
Ruth became part of the team in February 2007 and brings not only her financial expertise, leisure industry experience and customer service know-how to the role, but also - as a parent herself - the understanding of your parenting needs. She works closely with our Customer Services Team to ensure you receive the best service possible.
Favourite Camp Activity: Trampolining
Interests:Ruth is a big Motor-Cross fan and spends a lot of her weekends with her daughter watching her husband race.
Fact: She used to be in a Colour Guard competing all across the U.K and even South Africa!
Lianne Campbell | Marketing Manager
Lianne came from marketing chalets on the slopes in France to join us in the run-up to our big summer season in June 2007. She has brought with her a fresh and dynamic approach to our marketing, as you will see in our new website and brochure!
Favourite Camp Activity: Dodgeball
Interests:Lianne is big on action sports and tries to find as much time as possible to go Snowboarding and Wake Boarding.
Fact: We can’t avoid mentioning that Lianne is our Scottish contingent in the office and proud of it!
Jacqui Dalziel | HR Manager
A Head Office team member since April 2006, Jacqui puts her years of recruitment experience to use when working hard to ensure our camps are run by responsible, fun and caring staff members. In addition to this, Jacqui also creates our fantastic Art Explosion! Sessions - showing her artistic side that earned her a degree in Fashion Textile Design & Business.
Favourite Camp Activity: Art Explosion!
Interests:Jacqui enjoys keeping fit and combines this with her passion for travelling by hitting the slopes ski-ing in France.
Fact: She loves to be creative and has painted some beautiful canvases and even made her own bridesmaid dresses.
Morag Groves | Internal Operations Manager
Morag is one of the first ever Head Office Team Members starting with Super Camps in 2002. Her strong Customer Services background and wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the company, not to mention being a parent herself, has meant that our company has been able to consistently meet your parenting needs.
Favourite Camp Activity: Swimming
Interests:Spending time with her lovely little girl and keeping fit and healthy by swimming and running.
Fact: Morag speaks fluent French and Russian
Rebecca Howard | Marketing Assistant
Becca’s Super Camps career started as a child attending Camp Josca’s before later working on camp. She joined us in the Head Office in February 2007 and immediately became an important part of the team. As a member of the Marketing Team she ensures that you receive all the information you need to book your children onto camp.
Favourite Camp Activity: Rounders
Interests:A love of tennis and ski-ing keeps Becca healthy and when she gets the chance she loves travelling to new places and countries.
Fact: Becca has a degree in Psychology
Matthew James | Regional Manager (Midlands)
Matt is a qualified Primary Teacher who joins the Head Office Team after working on camp since 2004 as an Activity instructor, Lifeguard and Site Manager.
Favourite Camp Activity: Dodgeball
Interests:Matt has a passion for playing rugby and travelling around the globe.
Fact: Matt has been an off-road driving instructor, climbing coach and tag-rugby coach.
Katie McIntosh | Regional Manager (Central)
Katie is a qualified Middle Years teacher with plenty of camp
experience, working as a Site Manager for several years before joining
us in the Head Office in November 2007. She instantly took her skills to
our charity camp in South Africa and was responsible for co-ordinating
the programme for under 6's there. In addition to being a Regional
Manager, Katie will use her experience to co-ordinate our under 8's
programme here in the UK.
Favourite Camp Activity: Face Painting
Interests:Rowing, dancing, Renaissance literature and going to the
theatre.
Fact: Katie grew up in the countryside and one of her favourite things
to do is to go walking through muddy fields!
Caterina Notarbartolo | PA to Senior Management Team
Caterina comes from a strong sports background with a degree in Sport & Coaching Studies and numerous coaching qualifications. She joined the Head Office team in April 2006 and has had a strong involvement in Customer Services and repeatedly worked on several of our camps.
Favourite Camp Activity: Trampolining! Especially when I get to coach the academy.
Interests:Caterina is a massive rugby fan (and coach) and tries to watch London Irish play as much as possible.
Fact: Caterina spent 4 years in the Air Training Corps as a Sergeant.
Duncan Radnor | Regional Manager (London & South)
Duncan attended camp when he was a child and has worked repeatedly on camp as both an Activity Instructor and Site Manager. He joined Head Office in December 2005 and has become integral to the running of Super Camps. This year sees him putting his expertise to use as a Regional Manager for the London and South Region!
Favourite Camp Activity: Ultimate Frisbee
Interests:The great outdoors - Duncan spends time mountain biking, clay pigeon shooting and snowboarding.
Fact: Duncan has a degree in Zoology.
Mark Vingoe | External Operations Manager
Mark joined the Head Office in 2003 after graduating as a P.E teacher. Prior to this he worked for Super Camps whilst doing his teacher training. You’ll see Mark’s influence in every part of camp; he wrote the majority of the activity sessions that your children enjoy and continues to develop the programme. This year Mark also spent time working on our Ultimate Challenge charity camp in South Africa, delivering the camps that you and your children raised money for last year.
Favourite Camp Activity: Escape & Evasion
Interests:Anything active! When Mark gets the time he enjoys pushing the limits in his kayak or on his snowboard.
Fact: Mark has always been into his sports and used to play Basketball for England.
Alistair Mackay | Regional Manager (South & West)
Alistair joined us in January 2008 after 4 years of managing outdoor education and children’s activities. He has also worked as a chalet manager in the alps and has helped to run volunteer expeditions in Costa Rica!
Favourite Camp Activity: Bouncy Castle
Interests: Kayaking, mountaineering and skiing
Fact: Alistair also has a degree in zoology and has caught and eaten a piranha!
Nicola Graf | HR Assistant Recruitment Manager
Nicky is an Italian and linguistics graduate who started in the Head Office in January 2008 after working for 6 years as an area manager in the travel industry.
Favourite Camp Activity: Motor Quads
Interests:Anything in the mountains – Skiing, hiking etc..
Fact: Fact: Nicky has been skiing with Olympic skier Noel Baxter!
Emma Stace | Regional Manager (London & East)
Emma joined the Head Office team in January 2008 after starting her career in playwork at 17 years old in the children’s’ centres of Milton Keynes. She has consistently increased her involvement and responsibility levels from play-worker to play-leader to special-needs co-ordinator and now Regional Manager.
Favourite Camp Activity: Quad Bikes!
Interests:Shopping!!! Also, travelling to exotic places and keeping fit by attending ‘hip hop’ dance classes.
Fact: When Emma was younger she received a ‘Child of Achievement Award’ from Princess Diana for the time and patience she devoted to her autistic sister, Hannah.
Sarah Warwick | Customer Services Manager
Previous to joining the Head Office in January 2008, Sarah has 23 years experience in retail management. The combination of this vast customer services experience and her spare time occupation of running an after school club mean that Sarah is able assist you with all your booking needs.
Favourite Camp Activity: Art Explosion!
Interests:Cycling, cinema, cooking, and gossip magazines!
Fact: Sarah grew up in the States and attended the American summer camps you see in the movies.
