Our Leaders

Summary

  • The Leaders we employ to teach your children are carefully selected from thousands of applicants based on experience, qualifications, character and attitude
  • Many of the Leaders are fully or nearly qualified teachers with relevant teaching backgrounds
  • Other staff members will be skilled and experienced in the areas we require them to teach
  • All staff are over the age of 18
  • All staff are CRB cleared and reference checked following our Recruitment Policy
  • Staff are interviewed and trained to ensure they meet our high standards

Our Teams

Every workshop will have appropriately skilled and experienced staff required to meet the needs of the programme and ensure your child has a great time!

Site Managers are your main point of contact at all venues!

Qualified teachers or managers with relevant experience, who co-ordinate and oversee the day to day running of each venue. They ensure activities are always fun, exciting and safe. The Site Manager will be contactable throughout the day if you need to change your pick up plans or check your child has settled in okay. The number will be available when you sign in.

A Passion for... Leaders are...

Enthusiastic and experienced teachers or students studying relevant qualifications. The team will always consist of a Workshop Leader and additional Support Staff when required. Leaders will co-ordinate each day and will have experience teaching within specific areas including:

  • Drama/Stage/Theatre/Performing Arts for A Passion For...The Stage
  •  Art and Design for A Passion For...Creativity
  • Science/Design and Technology for A Passion For...Invention
  • Dance/Performing Arts for A Passion For...Dance
  • Food Technology and Food Hygiene for A Passion For...Food  

 

Support Staff will have a variety of skills and childcare experience to assist our Workshop Leaders when required.
